The Court Menu
offers access to sources for:
Federal, State and County Criminal Records
The U.S. Supreme Court decided in 1976 that criminal records
are not within the scope of privacy protection. To prevent incidents
of workplace violence employers need to be aware of an applicant’s
past when making a hiring decision.
Federal and County Bankruptcy Records
Petitions contain valuable details: date of birth, addresses,
children’s names, bank accounts, employment history with
salaries and much more.
The Court Records Menu has options to search by Zip
Code, City & State, or County
& State.
After a search is performed, all five court record sources
are available via the Court Records Menu. In addition, all of
the court record types can be accessed via the detail screen
using the tool bar functions.
